At Asturias Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Goods Note.

  Carefully repackage the products in their original packaging, ensuring all fixtures, fittings, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Arrange Shipment

  Send the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; we recommend insuring the shipment as we cannot be held responsible for transit damage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
